I’m Eliza, the cofounder of Reiki Cha! I am a Traditional Chinese Medicine practitioner by day and Major Motoko Kusanagi by the night. As a herbalist and naturopath, I have an implicit interest in holistic health and have always been an avid tea drinker. This habit has been inspired by indigenous communities and cultures all around the world who have long prized the remedial qualities of tea and herbs. Impelled by the healing properties of tea, and keen to turn this cultural tradition into modern-day practice, I co-founded Reiki Cha in order to provide customers with herbal tea blends that promote a healthy lifestyle and positive sense of well-being. My tea-chings are as follows: get good rest, get good exercise, be with good company, and drink good tea.
